Old-fashioned chicken and mustard cake
Ideal for an aperitif ...
Ingredients
3 eggs
150g flour
1 bag of yeast
10cl of oil.
12.5cl milk to heat slightly
2 chicken cutlets
3 cases of old grain mustard
Salt pepper.
Preheat the oven to 180
Cut the cutlets small from the dirty and peppery and mix them together.
Mix all the other ingredients and add them chicken dice
Pour into a mold butter
Bake for:
45 minutes at 180/190 degree
