Nutella waffle and banana
250 g flour
1 teaspoon salt
4 eggs
> 75 g of butter
1 packet of yeast
150 ml of milk
150 ml of water
60 g of sugar
2 bags of vanilla sugar
1 tablespoon oil
2 tablespoons rum
Mix flour and salt, make a pit at center and break the eggs. Add the melted butter, milk and water. Whisk with a manual or electric whisk. Add sugar, vanilla sugar, oil, yeast and possibly rum. Whip again. The dough must be liquid and fluid. If not, add water
Let rest for 30 minutes minimum. Pour the dough into the previously oiled waffle molds.
Cook for about 3 minutes, turning the waffle iron halfway through cooking.
